Responsibilities:
Gain a thorough understanding of new potential hiring partner business, culture and successfully interpret their unique resourcing requirements
Build long-term and trusted relationships with new and existing hiring partners
Develop and provide consultation to a large network of potential hiring partner
Requirements:
Minimum a year of work experience in consulting or partnership job function
Commitment to exceeding potential hiring partner expectations, attracting potential hiring partner and achieving targets
Ability to build a solid understanding of your hiring partner's needs and wider industry trends
An entrepreneurial mindset, organised, initiative with excellent attention to detail and recommend innovative solutions
Strong teamwork skills - thrive in sharing information and building relationships
Experienced Consultant or Headhunters would be a plus
