McDonald's HVAC Technician – McDonald’s Locations (Full/Part-Time) in JACKSONVILLE, Illinois

Join our team at Capital City Inc., where we proudly manage 14 McDonald’s restaurants across Central Illinois. We are looking for a skilled and dedicated HVAC professional to ensure our restaurants remain comfortable and efficient for customers and crew.

Position Overview

As an HVAC Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and servicing HVAC systems at our McDonald’s locations. This role requires a hands-on approach, including coil cleaning and troubleshooting HVAC systems. Both part-time and full-time opportunities are available, with competitive pay based on experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Freezer/cooler maintenance and repair

  • Perform routine maintenance, including cleaning coils and repairing HVAC systems.

  • Diagnose and resolve HVAC-related issues to ensure optimal performance.

  • Maintain accurate service records and adhere to all safety standards.

  • Willing and able to travel to multiple locations across Central Illinois, including: Springfield, Beardstown, Mt. Sterling, Havana, Chatham, and Jacksonville.

  • Other Miscellaneous tasks

Requirements

  • Proven experience in HVAC maintenance and repair.

  • Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.

  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for travel across Central Illinois.

  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

  • Familiarity with commercial HVAC systems is a plus.
