Aston Carter Tracking Agent in Jacksonville, Florida
My client is currently hiring for a Tracking Agent role with competitive pay and growth opportunity!
Job Description:
Hours are 7am-6pm, Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday
The primary duty of the Tracking Agent is to provide detailed tracking and customer service support to our company drivers and brokered carriers
The role requires handling a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and emails, dispatching calls, and maintaining professional communication with carriers
The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, able to multitask, problem-solve, and stay professional under stress.
Basic Excel skills and experience with Microsoft Teams are necessary, and previous experience in logistics, tracking, operations, and booking freight is essential.
Qualifications to Apply:
1 year of customer service experience
Hospitality background such as server or bartender works for experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Email experience is a must
Time management and ability to multi task
