This person will work across multiple business technology and product line teams to conceptualize and deliver the best experience for our sales and commercial operations teams to best support Vision Care customers. The role will partner with our product development teams, business product owners, business leadership, and external associates to evaluate work as it moves across the solution lifecycle – strategic ideation & experimentation, capability road mapping, solution blueprinting, and solution delivery – ultimately to deliver world-class digital capabilities for our customers.
Key Responsibilities and Activities: •Identify and influence business priorities and product needs in partnership with business leaders and product owners •Develop strategic product roadmaps with the North America Vision Organization to define the long-term vision for products, forecast organizational investment, and estimate the benefits of initiatives •Own, guide and manage technology investments to achieve business outcomes aligned to the global and regional Vision Care strategies •Measure and analyze product performance •Use human-centered design and test & learns to validate the real-world effectiveness of proposed solutions •Act as a champion for product management principles within our business and technology organizations •Lead cross-product development teams and the associated agile delivery of product capabilities – monitor and inform partners on the progress of program components to ensure overall goals, schedule, budget, and benefits of the programs are achieved •Communicate within technical and business environments with ability to interpret, develop, and present information to multiple levels and audiences.
Required: •A minimum of a BS/BA degree •A minimum of 8 years of experience creating, implementing, and managing digital products and capacity based development teams in a fast-paced Agile environment •Experience leading SaaS and third-party partnerships, Salesforce.com, Sales Force Effectiveness solutions •Experience leading and owning technology investments and products and in defining and measuring product outcomes and metrics •Delivery of complex programs, running contending business priorities, resource planning and program management •Experience with end-to-end design of customer needs, roadmap creation, and execution of data connected products following design thinking and user experimentation principles •Experience partnering and engage with a cross-function of people at multiple levels of the organization
Preferred: •Experience with web/digital technologies (frontend platforms, content management, Drupal) •Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud •Demonstrated ability to rapidly learn complex business and technical processes, as well as effectively coalesce and communicate complex information from different sources •Strong relationship skills, effective communication, excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical ideas to diverse audiences •Strong proponent of change, primarily by advocating for change improvements within and across the organization
