JOB DESCRIPTION: The Senior Accountant, Financial Reporting is primarily responsible for assisting in the preparation of the Company's financial statements and SEC regulatory reports (10-Q, 10-K, 8-K, etc.). In addition, the Senior Accountant is responsible for stock-based compensation accounting and reporting. The position reports to the Financial Reporting Manager and will partner closely with various departments to support these deliverables. Responsibilities: * Assist in preparing the financial statements including footnote disclosures, supporting schedules, roll-forwards, and reconciliations. * Assist in preparing quarterly and annual reports on Form 10-Q/K, Earnings Releases, Proxy Statements, and other SEC filings. * Prepare quarterly ASC 718 journal entries, analysis, and related reporting. * Prepare quarterly and annual accounting memos. * Ensure timely identification and compliance with the latest accounting standards. * Maintain procedures to comply with internal control requirements. * Interact with internal and external auditors to ensure requests are met in a timely manner. * Participate in other projects as required. Qualifications / Requirements: * BA/BS Accounting degree required. * CPA or in pursuit a plus. * 2-3 years of experience in public accounting under US GAAP required. * Financial reporting experience is preferred. * Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). * Experience with NetSuite, Workiva and E*TRADE a plus. * Excellent attention to detail, organization, communication and writing skills. * Ability to multi-task and prioritize.
