Responsibilities

We are seeking a dedicated and motivated Tool Repair Apprentice to join our dynamic team. This entry-level position is ideal for individuals who are eager to learn and grow within the company, with aspirations of advancing into a supervisory role in our tool repair shop.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the repair and maintenance of various hand tools and power tools used in fastening applications.

• Learn to diagnose tool malfunctions and perform necessary repairs under the guidance of experienced technicians.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring all tools and equipment are stored properly.

• Participate in training sessions to develop technical skills related to tool repair and maintenance.

• Collaborate with team members to improve repair processes and enhance overall efficiency.

• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies while working in the shop environment.

This apprenticeship offers a unique opportunity for growth within our company. Successful candidates will have the chance to advance their careers by taking on more responsibilities, leading projects, and eventually managing the tool repair shop.
