TEKsystems Remote Inbound Customer Service in Jacksonville, Florida

Job Description:

-Handle inbound calls in regards to the sale of products or services for major manufacturers/retailers.

-May also support incoming claims requests in regards to services.

-In addition, may be asked to perform offline tasks related to sales and claims processing.

  • Accurately document information within multiple database systems

  • Collect and process daily mail, recording and processing payments accurately

  • Answer phone calls with other agents and customers

-Candidates must be able to follow up with clients to provide update regardless if an issue has been resolved or not.

  • No sales required in this role, upselling encouraged
