Job Title: Manufacturing Supervisor

Job Description

As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible managing production floor of 20-50+ electrical assemblers. You will present safety protocols, quality standards, basic electrical theory, and manufacturing processes. Additionally, you will participate in production duties when also engaged with training or leadership responsibilities.

Overview:

• Job title: Manufacturing Supervisor

• Location: Jacksonville, FL (northside)

• Shift: 2:00pm-10:30pm (M-F) - overtime available

• Pay: $28-$35/hr (based on experience) plus 10% shift differential

• Manufacturing facility (non-climate controlled)

• Lead a team 10-20 fabrication employees - machine operators, welders, painters, and materials personnel.

• Coach, train, and manage team performance (in both Spanish and English is preferred, but not required)

• "Working" duties when not engaged in leadership or training

Qualifications:

• Bilingual is preferred (English and Spanish) but not required

• 2+ years of manufacturing/production leadership experience

• Fabrication, welding, or CNC Machine experience.

• Ability to read shop drawings and blueprints.

• Ability to utilize Microsoft applications and MRP systems

• High School Diploma Required

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
