University of North Florida Office Assistant (OPS) in Jacksonville, Florida
This is a time-limited position expected to last 1 year.
This position is primarily responsible for providing customer service to students and/or parents, answering telephones and responding to general inquiries in the housing email inbox. Additionally, this position calls for accurate data entry, maintaining confidential student files, assisting with department-wide events such as move-in, move-out, orientations and resource fairs. Required Qualifications High school diploma (or GED) and two years of experience directly related to the job functions. Directly related college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience.
Our ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, be detail oriented and well organized, as well as an ability to work in a fast paced environment.
