Randstad is seeking an experienced maintenance technician to work with a company near Jacksonville Beach. This position will perform facility maintenance and repairs, plan and participate in preventive maintenance work, schedule projects, and repair work orders. Will work closely with vendors to ensure completion of contracted work across the facilities. 8 AM – 5 PM Tuesday through Saturday or 7 AM - 6 PM Excellent benefits

salary: $52,000 - $57,000 per year

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance including light carpentry, drywall repair, painting, caulking, etc.

• Perform minor adjustments on HVAC systems (filter changes, drain pan inspections, fuse changes, etc.)

• Repair/Replace locks and service doors and/or hinges

• Monitor and fix leaks, clogs, or other issues related to plumbing

• Repair lighting (interior, ceiling, and cubicle lights, change ballasts)

• Replace ceiling tiles and perform minor grid work

• Install applicable signage and wall decor throughout campus

• Perform preventative maintenance tasks

• Utilize CMMS platform to submit, receive and complete work orders

• Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

• Responds to on-call and after-hours emergency situations.

• Special projects or other duties as assigned

The essential functions of this role include:

• working in a smoke free environment

• manual lifting up to 40lbs

• standing for 6 hours at one time
