Position Summary

As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling designs that communicate our brand’s story and enhance our marketing efforts. From concept to execution, you will work on a wide variety of print and digital projects, ensuring all deliverables align with brand standards and meet client objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop creative assets for digital platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, and online ads.

• Create print materials such as brochures, posters, presentations, and promotional materials.

• Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and execute design projects that align with brand guidelines.

• Develop original graphics, illustrations, and layouts for campaigns and marketing materials.

• Ensure all designs are optimized for their intended platforms, including responsiveness for web and mobile.

• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

• Stay current on design trends, tools, and techniques to ensure cutting-edge and innovative designs.

  Requirements

Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

• Experience:

• 3+ years of professional graphic design experience.

• Proven portfolio showcasing design projects across print and digital platforms.

• Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).

• Experience with web design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD).

• Knowledge of HTML/CSS and WordPress is a plus.

• Understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.

• Soft Skills:

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines.

• Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Motion graphics or video editing experience using tools like Adobe After Effects or Premiere Pro.

• Experience working with marketing teams and understanding campaign goals.

• Familiarity with UX/UI design principles.
