Job Title: General Laborer – Environmental Construction Project (Jacksonville, FL)

Job Description

We are actively hiring four local General Laborers for a Superfund Site Clean-up project in Jacksonville, Florida. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals interested in hands-on environmental and construction work. Join us to contribute to a critical environmental initiative while gaining valuable experience in commercial and environmental construction.

Responsibilities

• Perform heavy lifting (40-50 lbs.) regularly

• Sweep and carry out general site clean-up activities

• Clean and maintain heavy construction equipment (e.g., bulldozers, rollers, trackhoes)

• Ensure the facility remains organized and well-maintained

• Participate in a variety of labor-intensive tasks as required

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Availability to be on call when needed

• Ability to lift, pull, or push up to 50 lbs. repeatedly

• Strong ability to follow verbal and written instructions

• Attention to detail and ability to stay focused on tasks

• Must hold a valid Florida driver’s license

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
