Description We are looking for a Desktop Support Analyst to join our team in Jacksonville, Florida. This role offers a long term contract employment opportunity within the technology industry. As a Desktop Support Analyst, you will handle a range of tasks related to computer systems, software, and hardware. You will use your skills in areas such as Cisco Technologies, Citrix Technologies, and Database Management to solve technical issues and enhance our system's efficiency.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize your expertise in Cisco Technologies to manage and troubleshoot network issues

• Use Citrix Technologies to provide virtualization solutions

• Handle computer hardware issues and ensure systems are running effectively

• Manage databases and ensure their smooth operation

• Leverage Dell Technologies for system development and improvement

• Use Active Directory to manage users and control network access

• Provide support for Apple Devices within the organization

• Implement and manage Backup Technologies to prevent data loss

• Perform Configuration Management to maintain system security and performance. Requirements • Must have experience with Cisco and Citrix Technologies

• Knowledge of Computer Hardware and Database Management

• Proficiency in Dell Technologies and Active Directory

• Familiarity with Apple Devices is required

• Must be able to use Backup Technologies effectively

• Experience in Configuration Management is essential

• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues

• Strong communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical users

• Ability to work in a team and independently when required

• Good organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks

• Must have a customer service oriented approach

• Relevant certifications or qualifications in IT or related field is preferred

• Willingness to stay updated with the latest technology trends and advancements
