Our client is seeking a bi-lingual Customer Service Representative to provide excellent service and support in both English and Spanish. Must have strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and previous customer service experience. Main job duties entail resolving customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally, maintaining detailed and accurate customer records and collaborating with team members to improve customer service processes.

salary: $17 - $17.01 per hour

shift: First

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

education: High School

Responsibilities

Process several types of requests on a daily basis

Provide guidance throughout the request to ensure customer requirements are met

Communicate verbally via phone or in writing via email

Navigate multiple systems and databases simultaneously

Monitor several email boxes to ensure requests are processed promptly

Conduct research in company databases when requested

Obtain and provide ETA information to appropriate parties for unavailable product

Compile sales/order history reports when requested

Coordinate with internal departments to ensure that requests are processed accurately Exceptional customer service attitude to ensure customer needs are met

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively via various communication platforms

Possess the necessary knowledge to make informed business decisions

Knowledge of other company databases/software

Ability to work in a team environment and independently

Comfortable speaking on phone to external customers and sales force

Fluent in both English and Spanish
