Position Overview: The Fundraising and Sales Coordinator will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive fundraising and sales plans to support the financial goals of our organization. This role involves donor relationship management, event planning, grant writing, and product sales. The ideal candidate will have expertise and background in fundraising and sales, excellent communication skills, and a deep commitment to our mission.

Key Responsibilities:

Fundraising:

  • Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet annual financial goals.

  • Build and maintain relationships with donors, sponsors, and partners.

  • Research and for grants; manage grant compliance and reporting.

  • Plan and execute fundraising events, including logistics and promotion.

  • Design and manage fundraising campaigns, including online and peer-to-peer initiatives.

  • Develop and manage the fundraising budget.

Sales:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue through product sales, memberships, and services.

  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities and partnerships.

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.

  • Set and achieve sales targets; prepare regular sales reports.

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.

  • Oversee the development and management of products and services.

General:

  • Collaborate with the executive team, board members, and staff to align efforts with the organization's mission.

  • Maintain accurate records of donors, sales, and relevant data; analyze data to inform strategy.

  • Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards in all activities.

  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in fundraising, sales, or a related field, preferably in a non-profit environment.

  • Experience with grant writing, event planning, and donor relations.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Organizational and project management skills.

  • Proficiency in fundraising and sales software and tools.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Passion for the organization's mission.

  • High level of integrity and professionalism.

  • Creative and strategic thinking skills.

salary: $48,000 - $54,000 per year

Responsibilities

  • Collaboration:

  • Work closely with the executive team, board members, and other staff to align fundraising and sales efforts with the organization's mission and goals.

  • Data Management:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of donors, sales, and other relevant data in the organization's database.

  • Analyze data to inform decision-making and strategy development.

  • Compliance and Ethics:

  • Ensure all fundraising and sales activities comply with legal and ethical standards.

  • Maintain transparency and accountability in all financial transactions.

  • Communication:

  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Prepare and present reports, proposals, and other documents as needed.
