TEKsystems Claims Case Management Trainee (Remote) in Jacksonville, Florida

Qualifications:

  • Related experience from a management trainee program or internship preferred.

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • Related experience showcasing high attention to detail, organization skills & empathy/compassion.

  • Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office.

  • Due to the nature of the position, employees must have a quiet room to work at home.

Summary:

  • Makes timely, accurate, and customer-focused STD, SDI, and AM new and ongoing claim decisions.

  • Reaches out to obtain relevant clinical, vocational, employer, financial, and other information.

  • Compare the information to the terms, limitations, and conditions of the contract/administrative services agreement and applicable procedural documents to render the claim decision as quickly as possible.

  • Documents the claims system in an accurate and comprehensive manor while maintaining efficiency.

  • Prepares and disseminates articulate written and verbal communication to assorted internal and external sources.

  • Prepares, updates and utilizes a claim management plan to attain the most appropriate outcome.

  • Remains in full compliance with regulatory requirements.

  • Demonstrates a basic developing level of proficiency in STD, SDI and AM products and claims administration techniques.

  • Work as a team to support one another through flexibility, collaboration, creating a positive work environment, consistently maintaining professionalism and integrity, actively taking steps to foster high morale, and demonstrating a dedication to excellence.

Details:

  • 100% Remote | Equipment provided.

  • Schedule: Monday – Friday | 7.75 hour shift within the hours of operation (8:00am – 6:00pm EST)

  • Hours: 9:30am – 6pm EST / 8:30am – 5pm CST (7.75 hours per day - 37.5 hours per week)

  • Pay: $22 - $24/hr. based on related experience and education.

  • Pay cycle – Weekly | Medical, Dental, and Vision Benefits offered.

  • Anticipated Start Date: 7/15
