What You Can Expect
The Medical Education Associate Manager is accountable for assisting in the management of all educational activities for a particular educational event/service.
How You'll Create Impact
Determines program content to best meet the organizations medical education strategy with large scale meetings, events and tradeshows.
Assists in the management of the educational portfolio under assigned responsibilities and with Med Ed Managers.
Publication of an Education Plan for the portfolio under the manager’s responsibility.
Assists in the development and maintenance of global marketing messages, in collaboration with Med Ed Managers, Global Marketing and Product Engines.
Assists in the design of a global education strategy plan with the Med Ed Managers for innovative educational events and programs.
Establish and maintain effective relationships with KOL’s/ Provides guidelines for production of HCP training and educational materials. Assists in the design of educational activities for HCP training on new product launches.
Develops and maintains forward looking educational plans for area of responsibility and communicates such to Commercialization Team on a global scale.
Is fiscally responsible with allocation of budget funds as it pertains to the assigned events and tasks within Med Education.
Evaluates the effectiveness of educational activities and employs the appropriate changes to ensure effective allocation of resources.

What Makes You Stand Out
Detailed understanding of legal, compliance and regulatory requirements for assigned product scope.
Detailed understanding of the cadaveric constraints and regulations (OSHA/LAB) within each segment.
Effective written and oral communication skills.
Strong organizational, prioritization and time management skills.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of related experience, or High School Diploma (or equivalent) and 8+ years of related experience, required.
Experience in medical device product environment; or equivalent combination of education and experience is preferred.
Travel Expectations
- Ability to travel up to 25% of the time and frequently on short notice, including weekends.
