Responsibilities : Utilizing a handheld scanner. o Unloading product from trucks by hand, pallet jack, or by forklift. Providing excellent service to our branches and customers by delivering product in a prompt, efficient manner. Interacting with our shipping and receiving departments. Maintaining a clean work environment within our equipment. Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of work area. Inspecting and reporting defects or issues in equipment. Complying with DOT and Fastenal safety regulations. Complying with health, safety and sustainability rules and expectations. Participating in activities and programs that help the company achieve health, safety and sustainability objectives. Learning, passing, and practicing various environmental health and safety trainings
Qualifications : Recent graduate with bachelor's degree OR associate's degree plus at least two years' supervisory experience.â?¯ Ability to demonstrate strong leadership capabilities, work well in a team environment with a positive attitude, and make independent decisions.â?¯ Valid driver's license and good driving record.â?¯ Flexibility to work days, evenings, overnights, weekends, and holidays.â?¯ illingness to work outdoor in weather conditions with moderate noise level
