Position: *Tool & Die Maker *Compensation: $24-34/ per hour -- DOE Schedule: 2pm - 10pm Monday to Friday
*Position Overview: *We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Tool and Die Maker to provide top-tier machining capabilities that align with both our company and our customer's standards.The Tool and Die Maker will cut, shape, finish, and maintain tools made of metal and will forge diecasts to create molds.
Educational & Experience Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of two years in a related role.
- Knowledge of tool and die industry, processes, etc. REQUIRED.
- CAD/CAM programming experience beneficial.
Skills & Abilities:
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications.
- Strong knowledge of machining techniques, metalworking processes, and tooling materials.
- Ability to operate and program CNC machines and other computer-controlled equipment.
- Skilled in the use of precision measurement tools and equipment.
- Proficiency in CAD/CAM software for tool design and simulation.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work with high precision.
