Recruit Specialized Staffing is seeking full-time Robot Operators for a modern, clean heat treat facility.
This role involves working 12-hour shifts (7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM)
The position requires prior experience in operating robots, racking, loading, or general labor in a manufacturing or production setting. Candidates must be able to lift 25-50 lbs throughout the shift and have reliable transportation.
*A good attendance record during the first 30 days is crucial for success in this role
