Large utility is looking for a Product Manager. Remote work. This job drives the development, execution, and management of clean energy customer programs, ensuring product viability, regulatory compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction through strategic planning, operations oversight, and continuous improvement. responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute 1-year product plans to meet aggressive corporate clean energy goals.

  • Oversee product viability, including cost-effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and regulatory success.

  • Balance internal and external interests to achieve product success.

  • Manage product operations and monitor performance.

  • Coordinate partner management, customer experience design, marketing, and sales activities.

  • Design, implement, and manage customer programs to achieve clean energy, customer experience, and financial goals.

  • Establish product objectives and metrics to drive outcomes and ensure program success.

  • Oversee week-to-week operations, including:

  • Partner management

  • IT functions

  • Experience design

  • Marketing and sales activities

  • Expense management, data monitoring, and compliance

  • Utilize customer feedback and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Participate in problem-solving and process improvements using Lean tools and methods.

  • Collaborate on regulatory filings, audits, and testimony preparation.

  • Stay informed about competitive and regulatory environments affecting the product.

Skills:

  • strong presentation skills; ability to represent the product to leadership.

  • Proficient in building consensus with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Skilled in data analysis and reporting.

  • Ability to manage multiple constraints to achieve business objectives.

  • Effective problem-solving skills.

  • Proficient in project management.

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is required.
