Fastemps Broach Machine Operator in Jackson, Michigan
We are currently accepting resumes for skilled Broach Machine Operators.
Responsibilities may include:
Operate primary and secondary manufacturing machines within a work cell.
Responsible for the changeovers, adjustments and complete daily preventive maintenance on the equipment.
Continuously make improvements to maximize machine up time.
Where necessary, monitor work visually and dimensionally referring to blueprints, engineering specifications, engineering input and job instruction sheets. Maintain quality and rate charts as required.
Monitor and control quality of production pieces through adjustment of machines.
Follow all quality procedures and instructions.
Maintains housekeeping in the work area.
Skills required include:
Must have proven ability to safely setup and operate various manufacturing production machines.
Must be able to follow verbal and written multi-step directions for semi-complex machine operations
Able to work effectively in a team environment.
Visual acuity and depth perception is required.

shift. You will be assigned Monday through Friday 10 hours each day. Mandatory overtime is required on Saturday.
