We are currently recruiting for a "Sales Specialist - New Projects". The main goal of this role is to sell elevators and escalators for new installation projects based in İzmir.

As Job Description, You Will;

  • Qualify thorough company and product knowledge, research consumer needs, and identify how our solutions can meet them.

  • Maximize the sales performance by establishing strong relationships and gain insight to the needs and lifestyle of the client.

  • Estimate, bid, and negotiate elevators and escalators for new installation projects.

  • Oversee job details throughout sales process, including managing contract documents, creating approvals / layouts and tracking to completion.

  • Implement new equipment sales installation process by working directly with field management on projects

  • Coordinate activities and information related to ordering and installation of Otis equipment.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or business, or equivalent in relevant sales work experience.

  • At least 3 years of sales experience; sales experience within the elevator industry is highly desired.

  • Proficiency in reading/understanding architectural drawings and specifications.

  • Good communication and presentation skills in both Turkish and English.

  • No travel restrictions.
