Key Responsibilities
BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is currently looking for a dynamic, results driven person to join as a n Change Management Engineer at our Manufacturing Plant in Izmir .
E nsure that activities and requirement s related to the Change Management System fulfil compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and specific requirements of both internal and external customers
Follow all requirements in Business Management System (BMS)
Assure customer specific requirements / input updates to the BMS.
Support and secure that other departments within the organization fulfil the demands from customer regarding change.
Coordinate any changes internally from Change Request phase to Change Implementation
Be the link between the Sales and Program Management office and the plant as well as the customer.
Inform Sales Manager about change request that may impact commercial agreements.
Lead Customer Approval and weekly change meetings
Coordinate timing of change implementation affecting several customers
Handle, coordinate, collect material and submit PPAP towards customers in the customer portals.
Education & Experiences
Strong experience in change management Is essential
Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS) is required
Previous experience in a similar position is essential
Bachelor’s degree in engineering is required
Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders are mandatory
Strong knowledge of IATF 16949 and ISO 14001 is highly desired
Previous automotive experience is beneficial
