Overview
Rocky Vista University in Ivins, UT has an immediate opening for a Custodial Technician
(Year-round Part-Time Position - 18 Hours Per Week)

SALARY:
This part-time position will pay $17.00 - $19.00 per hour.

Responsibilities
- Provide cleaning duties including:
- Cleaning bathrooms
- Cleaning break rooms
- Replenish bathroom supplies
- Vacuuming, mopping, dusting and cleaning surfaces
- Windows
- Work with a team of housekeepers and facilities technicians

``` - Clean, disinfect and store all equipment at the end of the shift - Monitor and report on the inventory of cleaning supplies - Respond to requests for housekeeping problems, such as spills and broken glass - Collect and remove trash and debris - Assist with laundry management, including washing, drying, ironing, and sorting linen - Clean upholstered and non-upholstered furniture - Perform detailed deep cleaning when required - Clean all areas, including the anatomy lab when required - Report safety issues and property damage to supervisor - Report and return lost property - Maintain a positive relationship with employees, students, tenants, and guests
Qualifications
- Assist adminis tration, faculty and staff in special projects as needed under the direction of the Facilities Manager.
