We are seeking a Sample Prep Associate to join Q² Solutions, IQVIA’s laboratory business in Ithaca, NY.

What you’ll be doing:

• Prepare Samples : Skillfully prepare biological samples for analysis.

• Perform Tests : Conduct tests following SOPs with precision.

• Maintain Equipment : Ensure all lab equipment is functioning optimally.

• Document Results : Accurately record test outcomes and data.

• Uphold Standards : Adhere to strict quality control and safety protocols.

• Collaborate : Work alongside team members to achieve common goals.

• Manage Workflow : Utilize automated tools to streamline processes.

• Enhance Skills : Engage in continuous learning to stay ahead.

What we are looking for:

• Educational Background : High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate Degree in laboratory science preferred.

• Industry Experience : Prior lab experience is advantageous.

• Other equivalent combination of education, training, and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.

The Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities needed for this role:

• GLP Standards : Familiarity with Good Laboratory Practices.

• Safety Protocols : Knowledge of laboratory safety and chemical handling.

• Lab Equipment : Proficiency with various laboratory instruments.

• Computer Skills : Strong ability to manage data and use computing tools.

• Collaboration : Teamwork skills to work effectively with internal groups.

The potential base pay range for this role, when annualized, is $39,100.00 - $58,700.00. The actual base pay offered may vary based on a number of factors including job-related qualifications such as knowledge, skills, education, and experience; location; and/or schedule (full or part-time). Dependent on the position offered, incentive plans, bonuses, and/or other forms of compensation may be offered, in addition to a range of health and welfare and/or other benefits.
