Racker Collaborative Solutions Network Coordinator in Ithaca, New York
Overview
Racker is excited to welcome applicants for a newly created part-time position in our mental health program. The Collaborative Solutions Network Coordinator is responsible for co-coordination of the Tompkins County System of Care – the Collaborative Solutions Network (CSN). The mission of the CSN is to increase the effectiveness, interdependence and efficient use of existing resources that support children and youth with mental health challenges and their families. A system of care is a spectrum of effective, community-based services and supports for children and youth with or at risk for mental health or other challenges and their families, that is organized into a coordinated network, builds meaningful partnerships with families and youth, and addresses their cultural and linguistic needs, to help them to function better at home, in school, in the community, and throughout life.
Rate of pay is $20-$24/hour, based on experience. The position is 20 hours per week and is flexible with both in person and remote hours.

Responsibilities
Assist Co-Coordinators in engaging existing stakeholders in the CSN and enhance the infrastructure to include all child-serving systems, informal community supports, families and youth
Assist Co-Coordinators in reviewing and updating CSN Action Plan
Plan, Organize and Produce trainings and events that promote/support emotional health and well-being for youth and families in Tompkins County (with support from Co-Coordinators)
Support CSN work groups (prevention work group, event planning workgroup, etc.).
Co-facilitate monthly CSN meetings
Attend relevant cross system collaboration meetings
Support and maintain the CSN website
Maintain master list of CSN members
Provide updates to the CSN full network through a monthly newsletter
Assist with development of a sustainability plan and identification of fiscal resources for long term SOC coordination, including supporting the application for a multi-year Substance Abuse and Mental Health Service Administration (SAMHSA) System of Care grant in 2025.
Provide all reports to grantors or funders as required (with support from Co-Coordinators)
Qualifications
A bachelor’s degree in health, mental health, public health, or related field is preferred, plus experience collaborating with community-based organizations.
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ability to manage and organize information, strong written and verbal communication skills
