Fellowes Office 365 Systems Engineer in Itasca, Illinois

The Role

As our Office 365 Systems Engineer, you will administer and champion the use of the Office 365 platform across our business. You will roll out and support Office 365S applications and collaborate with the global user community on these applications by gathering business requirements, implementing solutions and provide training and continued support.

You will…

  • Design, implement and champion the use of the Office 365 (Teams, SharePoint, MS Forms and Power) platform as a Fellowes Business Technology Solution

  • Proactively engage with business departments and users on how to leverage features and functionality of Office 365 tools to drive continuous improvement

  • Own SharePoint and MS Teams Departmental (Site Owner) communications, audits and training

  • Assist the organization with Office 365 governance, strategy, road maps, policies, auditing, security and compliance matters

  • Provide Office 365 (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Power) platform training, administration, configuration, development and support

  • Work with Business owners to design, develop, maintain and support SharePoint sites, including integrations with the Power Platform (Automate, App, BI)

  • Develop and maintain PowerShell scripts used to manage\support the Office 365 environment

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation related to design, configuration, usage, troubleshooting, etc., for all Office 365 apps and services

  • Research and assess new technology in Office 365 space; identify opportunities with our business to successfully leverage these tools, create training, documentation and product release notes for the end users

What You Bring to the Team

  • A minimum of 6 years of overall IT experience, to include at least 3 years of Office 365 and SharePoint administration experience

  • A bachelor’s degree

  • Detailed knowledge of SharePoint design, concepts and administration

  • Experience with designing solutions with Power Apps and Power Automate

  • Proficiency in Exchange Online Admin Center (EAC)

  • Windows PowerShell experience related to Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Office 365 and Exchange Server

  • The ability to understand business opportunities and challenges and be able to match them to tools available within Office 365 / SharePoint platform

  • Strong communication and organizational skills

  • MS Teams Administration experience a plus.
