Aon is looking for a Reinsurance Technical Accounting Specialist
As part of an industry-leading team, you will help empower results for our clients by delivering innovative and effective solutions as part of our Reinsurance Solutions department in Istanbul.

Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor of Science or Arts degree in Engineering, Business Administration or Economics
Having a minimum of 3 years of experience in the finance or technical accounting departments of insurance or brokering firms. Audit experience as a starting point will be an asset
Good knowledge of the English language, both written and verbal
Preferably has a working knowledge of technical insurance accounting or at least eager to learn
Preferably has advanced knowledge and experience of MS office applications
Hardworking, accurate, result-oriented, open to learn, team player
Job Description
Performing technical analysis of accounts and system controls, month-end reporting and reconciliations
Following brokerage and premium collections and payments by means of systematic reports and reconciliations with counterparts
Preparing regular analysis reports to follow up business performance in respect of business lines (facultative and treaty)
Booking and allocation fiduciary movements.
Performing regular benchmark analysis of actual figures in comparison to budget of business lines
Managing written and verbal communications with the clients abroad
