The Senior Sales Engineer, Electrical Wholesaler (EWS) will be reporting directly to the EWS Channel Sales Manager and you will perform sales activities for low voltage and automation products of Eaton in the region. You will take the responsibility of EWS (Electrical Wholesaler) channel partners and all sales will be executed through these partners. You will be responsible from performing sales activities within your sales channels to ensure budget figures are reached and exceeded, ensuring Eaton business principles and work practices are applied.

What you’ll do:

  • Achieving sales targets (sales volume, sales margin, DSO) mainly for EWS (Electrical Wholesaler) channel in Istanbul area.

  • Developing customer portfolio in his/her area by evaluating various business opportunities and potential customers (distributors).

  • Providing technical and commercial support for customers and following up Managing customer relationships.

  • Maintaining the brand well-known in your area.

  • Submitting monthly reports with market assessment and forecasts to management within timeframe.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree on Electrical Engineering, MBA would be preferable.

  • At least 3-5 years of experience in sales on electrical components and solutions.

Skills:

  • Strong technical knowledge of Low Voltage (LV) panels, switchgear and automation products.

  • Advanced proficiency in English & Turkish.
