Main Responsibilities

• Developing the marketing and promotional strategies for the products in that division/unit. Working together with field force, the product manager should have the drive for effective execution of the strategies

• Develops brand strategy, promotional campaigns and tactical plans within marketing budgets

• Conduct necessary marketing research studies for better market understanding and developing appropriate promotional materials and activities

• Analyse market needs, identify and create marketing plan and competitor strategies

• Coordination of digital media marketing activities

• Study on pricing methodologies, communication plan and positioning of the portfolio in the market

• Monitor and control brand budgets, forecasts, expenses and assess the marketing mix of the product to evaluate cost effectiveness and results

• Monitor product performance and external environment using appropriate tools and taking corrective actions

• Making customer visits, developing strong interaction to analyse dynamics and trends

• Liaise with the advertising agencies regarding to the all marketing campaigns including social media marketing

• Creating marketing tools, trainings, presentations for sales force

• Establishing partnerships with related health associations

• Lead national and regional conferences – engage KOLs

• Prepare and present business reviews in regional meetings

• Manage all A&P (advertising & promotion) budget in-line with the annual plans

• Collaborate with medical, supply chain, field force and all other parties, ensure flawless communication

• %100 compliance with local and global policies

Main Requirements

• At least 4-5 years marketing experience in FMCG sector, and/or product management experience in OTC portfolio in Pharmaceutical company

• Digital agency management, collaboration experience / know how

• Advanced presentation and communication skills, strategic and analytic thinking

• Agile, desire to learn & develop, customer oriented approach

• Strong interpersonal, verbal communication and presentation skills are required

• Fluency in English is a must

• Having no travel obstacle within Turkey or abroad is a must
