Your Role

As a Road Logistics Sales Specialist, you will win, retain and develop medium-sized customers mainly in Road Logistic products but also you will do cross-selling for Sea and Air Logistics products. You will gather customer and market information to update Product and Trade Lane on current conditions

Your Responsibilities

• Provide support and assistance to our existing customers in the related (Sea Logistics, Air Logistics, Road Logistics) department and identify additional demand and potential

• Acquire new customers and provide a convincing presentation of our comprehensive product portfolio.

• Work on quotations, prepare customer presentations and ensure the required documentation is provided.

• Collaborate with internal and operational departments on a professional and constructive basis to achieve shared goals.

• Provide guidance on implementing new business, acting as a reliable coordination point for all contacts.

• Secure customer loyalty by presenting our high-quality products and services in a persuasive, convincing manner

• Support customer retention by conducting joint visits with Product, Business Development and organizing workshops inviting customers to share information on updated regulations, products, etc.

Your Skills and Experiences

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field

• Minimum 2 years of experience in road logistics sales is a must

• Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.

• Excellent communication skills

• Good analytical skills with attention to detail

• Good problem solving and negotiation skills

• Very good spoken and written English & Turkish is a must

• Ability to travel and possession of a valid Driving license
