Philips Order Management Expert in Istanbul, Turkey

Job title:

Order Management Expert

Your role:

  • Managing end-to-end sales orders (standard and non-standard) with use of SAP and other supporting tools.

  • Maintaining good communication with stakeholders (Key Account Managers, Project Managers, Production Planning and other departments within Philips).

  • Providing excellent customer service for our customers.

  • Reporting, monitoring and control of order book in an organized and compliant manner (ICS/SOx).​

You're the right fit if:

  • You have at least 2 years of experience within Supply Chain (especially Order Management), Logistics or Transport.

  • You can take ownership and have strong communication skills.

  • You have very good language and English language (B2 or higher level).

  • You are excellent problem solver with good organizational skills (time management, work management).
