Johnson Controls HVAC Sales Manager in Istanbul, Turkey

What you will do

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven HVAC Sales Manager to lead our sales operations in Turkey. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, managing key accounts, and building a high-performing sales team.

How you will do

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including building owners, contractors, and consulting engineers.

  • Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base in the HVAC industry.

  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of sales professionals to achieve sales objectives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics.

  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts and reports for management review.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.

What we look for

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.

  • Proven track record of success in HVAC sales, preferably in a managerial role.

  • Strong knowledge of the HVAC industry and its products.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in English and Turkish languages.

  • Ability to travel within Turkey as needed.
