Job Description

The Director of Commercial Operations performs the following duties:

• Manages Teva’s operations in Turkey through his subordinate division managers (SC, RA, MA, Commercial Excellence, Business Development & Portfolio);

• Forms the organizational structure of the department;

• Controls budgeting and expense planning for the division in accordance with the company’s operational and strategic plans;

• Develops cross-functional interaction of all divisions of the operations department with other departments of the company, global divisions and project teams in order to implement strategies, policies, procedures and best practices;

• Develops and implements strategies to develop the company’s business through the development and management of the product portfolio (leading new products, bringing out low-margin products);

• Organizes the development of the company’s product portfolio by coordinating the work of all involved business units in selecting new products and bringing them to the market in accordance with the product strategy and annual company goals;

• Organizes work on the creation and implementation of a regulatory strategy and interrelated processes;

• Organizes the work of the SC Department - from the manufacturer to the end customer, including the development and implementation of the strategy of the supply system in accordance with regional rules and tasks of the local business unit;

• Organizes cross-functional work on the commercial launch of new products, the introduction of advanced industry business practices, increasing the efficiency of field forces and marketing;

• Supervises compliance with legislative requirements in the field of drug labeling (compliance of package layouts with legislative requirements);

• Supervises compliance with current legislation in conducting preclinical and clinical trials of drugs, preparing and submitting reports to regulatory authorities on the safety of drugs under development for drugs being studied in clinical trials;

• Supervises and organizes the processes of registration, confirmation of registration, compliance and amendments to the registration dossier in accordance with the requirements of applicable law;

• Organizes the work on information and analytical support of the company’s subdivisions.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years experience in senior management roles and pharmaceuticals industry
