What is your role?

Implementing channel development activities in the region (Istanbul, Trakya, Eskişehir, Balıkesir, Çanakkale, Bursa, Yalova), cooperating closely with the field sales team, managing and directing the night scout team reporting to him/her, creating comprehensive reports and analyses on all activities and other targets under his responsibility, contributing to performance development of his/her team through regional visits and on-the-job coaching, providing insight and expertise in the development of team projects.

What we are looking for

• Bachelor’s degree

• At least 5 years of experience in Learning and Development area and team management.

• Being fluent in English is an asset.

• A strategic mindset with the ability to translate complex business challenges into effective learning solutions, but at the same time be comfortable being operational, getting involved in the delivery.

• Strong communicational skills

• Coaching and facilitation skills

• Stakeholder management across all levels, but in particular with regional directors and sales managers.

• Being mobile and open to travel whenever necessary.

• The ability to lead and manage a team.

• B class driving license is a must.
