We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Director, Human Resources to lead our HR team in Turkey. The AD, HR will work closely with the local Management Team to design and implement our HR People Plan, shaping the future of our operations in Turkey.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the HR Team, fostering a culture of high performance and continuous learning.

• Partner with the local MT to design and execute our HR People Plan, aligning HR strategies with business objectives.

• Evaluate individual and organizational development needs, define HR priorities in consultation with business stakeholders, and lead the implementation of the strategic HR plan.

• Create employee engagement strategies/recommendations and work with employee committees and resources groups to gather insight and drive strategy.

• Integrate and partner with HR colleagues in the Centers of Excellence (COEs) to implement strategic HR solutions and help scale the business.

• Design and execute internal communication plans that drive awareness, support, and engagement of employees for HR’s key initiatives (e.g., operational transformation, talent management, benefits alignment, wellness and employee appreciation, etc.)

• Coach managers on appropriate HR interventions, identify and understand people challenges and performance issues, offer guidance towards informal resolution and initiate formal Performance Improvement Plans, when required.

• Oversee the transition to a more strategic HR model, centralizing payroll and personnel administration within other corporate functions for enhanced efficiency and consistency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; Master’s Degree or HR Certification preferred.

• A minimum of 6 years of experience operating in a business partner model, working with senior leaders to create positive business outcomes.

• Demonstrated experience in change and project management.

• Experience coordinating internal resources to channel focus and attention on what matters most to our employees.

• Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices.

• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Fluency in Turkish and English.
