Based in Issy-Les-Moulineaux, the BHR Partner will take in charge all individual topics in his or her scope under the Abbott Medical Devices Division. He/she will partner with his manager in order to professionalize Employee Relations process.

THE ROLE

INDIVIDUAL RELATIONS

  • Liaise with managers and advise on all individual topics in order to help their team to perform and achieve their objectives

  • Perform disciplinary actions, dismissals : analyze the case, help managers to build cases, lead disciplinary interviews, work on communication.

  • Make sure legal, CBA and internal rules are applied and respected in the Company.

  • Promote, implement Company process toward managers and employees

PROCESS EFFICIENCY AND OPERATIONAL MISSIONS

  • Be part of administrative activities by following all employees administrative life in the Company from recruitment to the end of contract.

  • Write contracts and addendums

  • Complete the employees move database to get a full follow up of all movements

  • Liaise with different departments in order to make sure all process are moving on and on time

  • Improve administrative process to fluidify information sharing and provide a high level service to employees and managers

  • Create / analyze KPI’s in order to maintain internal / external equity

SOCIAL RELATIONS

  • Analyze social relations landscape for his scope in order to propose actions compliant with Company’s local regulations.

  • Prepare pro-actively Social relations meetings

  • Organize and implement the annual social relations calendar

  • Be part of Social relations meeting as observer, in order to follow up topics pro-actively outside meetings

HR PROJECTS

  • Take in charge the Wellness at work project

  • Implement / be part of some HR projects such as : new HRIS for French specific interviews, talent development program, new organizations implementations….

YOUR PROFILE

  • Ideally a Master's degree with a specialization in HR;

  • 3 - 5 years of experience, with a first experience in Social Relations coordination.

  • High ability to understand and deal with figures;

  • Strong analytical skills to analyze topics, anticipate risks and propose solutions;

  • Organized and ability to organize process.

  • Able to deal with ambiguity and complexity.

  • Agile

  • Results and business oriented

  • Demonstrated leadership skills, in parallel with exceptional operational execution capacities;
