As part of our development in Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM), we are recruiting two (2) Field Technical Engineer Connectivity Specialists (M/W).
These field based positions will support the development of connectivity adoption by implanting sites for the CRM portfolio, in particular increase remote care usage for Abbott pacemakers by going into the Cath Labs. He/she will embody the “face” of Remote Care in their region (France divided into 4 regions) and drive the change in the hospitals habits around connectivity. Additionally, he/she will partner with sales & marketing team for sites targeting and training development.
Promote remote care adoption to sites.
Collaborate with sales team for site targeting and work with marketing to fight against resistance of the medical teams to adopt RC for all their patients
Train the sites on connectivity and Abbott specificities, and ensure the proper information is delivered to patients
Help track proper activation & invoicing of Remote Care at sites
Liaise with SyncUP teams for continuous process improvement
Participate to the development & execute, in alignment with local Sales & marketing, tactics to ensure market penetration in existing accounts and total market growth.
Responsible for direct interaction with implantors and the remote care stakeholders in hospitals to develop company initiatives about Remote Care.
Collect information on competitive products and technologies
Who are you?
Technician or Engineer’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent.
Attracted by technologies & medical industry (specifically bluetooth technology)
Team spirit and communication skills.
Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with customers, physicians, nurses, hospital administrators.
Ability to work within a team and as an individual contributor in a fast-paced, changing environment.
Multitasks, prioritizes and meets deadlines in timely manner.
Strong organizational and follow-up skills, as well as attention to detail
Willingness to travel +50% of the time
