Pacific Landscape Management, LLC Landscape Gardeners in Issaquah, Washington
32 Landscape Gardeners needed for permanent, full-time employment. Job Duties: Landscape and maintain grounds of homeowners' associations, condominium communities, town homes and other properties with year-round contracts using landscaping hand and power tools and equipment, including lawnmower (walk behind and rider), edger, trimmer, backpack blower, wheelbarrow, shovel, rake, broom, ladder, hedge pruner, saw, and chain saw. Set up sprinkler systems and mortarless segmental concrete masonry wall units. Lay sod, plant flowers, shrubs and trees, mow, trim shrubs, spread dirt, rake, blow, prune, mulch, fertilize, pull weeds, and aerate. Spread herbicides and/or insecticides onto grass, as needed. Load and unload landscaping materials and tools and keep them clean. During the Winter months, lay winter sod, perform specific and specialized winter rejuvenation pruning for shrubs and plants, and plant winter shrubs and plants. Set up sprinkler systems and conduct shut offs of system activation for winter months. Set up and repair drainage systems and maintain gutters. Perform winter lawn cleanups and remove debris. May put up and remove seasonal decorations. Shovel and remove snow from properties and spread salt on walkways and driveways.
The employer will provide on-the-job training. The employer will provide all tools, supplies, and equipment required to perform the job at no charge.
Requirements: Various Worksites: Employer will provide daily transportation to and from the main office to job sites in Kitsap, Pierce, Snohomish, and King counties.
Wages/Terms: $20.00/hr., and $30.00/hr. for OT. 40 hours per week.
