As a Customer Order Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end logistics of customer orders, from order receipt to delivery. You will work closely with internal teams, logistics partners, and customers to ensure orders are processed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with regulatory requirements. This role requires strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and a customer-focused approach to logistics management.
salary: $25 - $26 per hour

work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM

Responsibilities
Receive and review customer orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness of order details.
Coordinate with internal teams, including sales, manufacturing, and distribution, to prioritize and process orders in a timely manner.
Liaise with logistics providers to arrange transportation and delivery of customer orders, optimizing routes and modes of transport to meet delivery deadlines.
Monitor order status and shipment tracking, providing timely updates to customers and internal stakeholders as needed.
Address customer inquiries and concerns related to order status, delivery schedules, and logistics issues, providing exceptional customer service at all times.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve order-related issues, including inventory shortages, shipping delays, and quality control issues.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements for the transportation and handling of pharmaceutical products, including temperature-sensitive items.
Maintain accurate records of customer orders, shipments, and delivery documentation, adhering to company policies and procedures.
