EisnerAmper is seeking to fill the position of SAP BTP Development Manager within the Technology Department in our Iselin, NJ office. In this role you will lead and manage a team of SAP including UI5, SAP CDS, OData, and integration development, providing guidance, direction, and support to ensure successful project delivery.
This is a hybrid role with a minimum of three days onsite focusing on Technology advancement, improvements & support of NextGen SAP ERP solutions.

Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements and translate them into technical solutions using SAP technologies.
Design and architect SAP solutions, ensuring scalability, reliability, and maintainability in alignment with business objectives.
Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP cloud-based development using CAPM and RAP framework within depth understanding of SAP FIORI, NodeJS and HANA development.
Develop and implement best practices, standards, and methodologies for SAP development, ensuring consistency and quality across projects.
Provide technical leadership and expertise in SAP technologies, including SAP S4, SAP BTP, Fiori UI5, SAP HANA, and Integration technologies such as CPI.
Lead the design, development, testing, and deployment of SAP applications, interfaces, and enhancements, adhering to established timelines and budgets.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business analysts, project managers, QA engineers, and infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment of SAP solutions with overall IT strategies and initiatives.
Conduct application reviews, design assessment, code reviews, performance tuning, and optimization of SAP applications to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Identify and mitigate risks and issues related to SAP development projects, proactively addressing challenges to minimize impact on project timelines and deliverables.
Stay up to date with the latest trends, technologies, and best practices in SAP development, and recommend innovative solutions to enhance business processes and drive continuous improvement.
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field. Master's degree is a plus.
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in SAP development, with at least 3 years in a leadership or management role.
Proven experience in leading and managing SAP development projects from inception to delivery, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions on time and within budget.
Extraordinary sense of ownership, drive and commitment.
Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve project goals and objectives.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving results and delivering value to the business.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience working in Agile development environments, with knowledge of Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.
SAP certification in relevant areas is a plus.
Strong commitment to continuous learning and professional development, with a passion for staying updated with the latest trends and technologies in SAP development.
