Wells Fargo Vendor Finance Sales - Office Technology Group in IRVING, Texas

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Vendor Finance Relationship Manager to support Office Technology. The long term focus of this role will be on driving market penetration, building strategic relationships, and taking full ownership of the development and stewardship of a key territory.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead or participate in building and maintaining effective relationships with existing clients within their products or functional area, including sharing relevant information with coverage partners

  • Review and analyze moderately complex business, operational, or technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable factors

  • Independently review and analyze moderately complex client portfolios or partner with senior peers on more complex portfolios for key issues related to cash flow, liquidity, leverage, working capital, debt coverage, collateral and enterprise value analysis, and repayment sources, including for use in periodic reviews as well as interim underwriting memoranda

  • Partner with coverage teams within the context of individual deals and client relationships to understand clients' businesses, strategic objectives, operational priorities, and financial positions to identify and execute on opportunities for modifications, renewals, and refinancings

  • Perform regular portfolio reviews to manage risk and lead problem loan resolutions, where applicable

  • Collaborate and consult with peers and functional partners to resolve client servicing requests and inquiries related to their product

  • Independently resolve moderately complex situations while developing a sound understanding of policies, procedures, and compliance requirements to meet business objectives and partner with senior peers for more complex issues

  • Partner with product management functional partners to provide feedback on evolving market needs to enable the innovation, design, and delivery of credit solutions more effectively

  • Contribute to large-scale planning related to a given product and/or specialty's business objectives

  • Serve as a mentor for lower level staff

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of secured or specialized lending relationship management or portfolio management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

  • Ability to articulate complex structures in a clear manner.

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and develop actionable plans to drive business growth.

  • Sound judgement and decision-making skills, with a commitment to upholding ethical standards.

  • Proven track record for success in sales roles within the financial services industry.

  • Microsoft office skills.

  • Vendor Finance - Office Technology Leasing experience.

  • Experience managing an assigned territory.

  • Ability to work independently.

Job Expectations:

  • Travel up to 25%.
