Description We are offering a contract to hire employment opportunity for a Sr. Staff Accountant in Irving, Texas, in the manufacturing industry. This role involves a variety of responsibilities, including treasury activities, general ledger reconciliations, and ad hoc projects.

Responsibilities:

• Set up wires and track down W-9s for treasury activities.

• Carry out General Ledger reconciliations and Journal Entries.

• Prepare and process payments for AP and Sales Tax.

• Conduct Cash Reconciliations regularly to ensure financial accuracy.

• Provide support for Audit activities.

• Handle Month-end Close Activities and prepare Month-end Reports.

• Use Excel Formulas, Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, and HLOOKUP for data processing and analysis.

• Utilize software systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, and SAP for financial management.

• Perform Bank Account, Balance Sheet, and Ledger Account Reconciliations.

• Engage in Ad Hoc Reporting as assigned. Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation, Balance Sheet Reconciliation, and Bank Reconciliations.

• Experience with General Ledger and Journal Entries.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Excel Formulas, Pivot Table, VLOOKUP, and HLOOKUP.

• Familiarity with Month End Close, NetSuite, Oracle, and SAP.

• Experience in Treasury and Treasury Activities, including Cash Reconciliations.

• Proficiency in Audit Activities and Audit Prep.

• Knowledge in Ad Hoc Reporting, Sales Tax, and Form 1099.

• Familiarity with IRS W-9 Forms.

• Experience in Bank Account Reconciliation, Balance Sheet Account Reconciliation, and Ledger Account Reconciliation.

• Proficiency in Monthly Reconciliation.

• Familiarity with Month-end Close Activities, Month-end Reports, and Month-end Journal Entries.
