This role is fully onsite, working Monday - Friday from our Irving, TX, office.

Description:

As a Sales Development Representative (SDR) you will not only gain expertise and experience prospecting and selling, but also mentorship and training from a team of entrepreneurs and sales experts. As a SDR at hireEZ, you will fully participate in the sales process, pipeline development, prospecting and relationship building: skills quintessential for a successful career in tech sales.

Responsibilities:

• Engage in multi-channel (call, email, InMail) cadences to prospects to booked meetings
• Comfortable conducting phone-based, sales-focused outreach
• Understand hireEZ products and positioning in the market (supported by internal training)
• Target prospect accounts and conduct research to find new prospects
• Utilize lead qualification process and document relevant sales information in Salesforce
• Meet daily outreach activity requirements
• Achieve monthly qualified lead/meeting quotas
• Attend and participate in team meetings

Requirements:

• Recent graduates in Business, Finance, Sales, MKT, or other related degrees are encouraged to applyif you're motivated, eager to grow, and ready to apply your knowledge, wed love to connect!
• Sales internship experience or some sales experience is preferred, but not required
• Technology savvy: familiar with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Gong, etc.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to understand the opportunity and the needs of prospects
