You Are:

Accenture is seeking a collaborative and results-oriented Reporting and Analytics Mobilization Lead to serve within Procurement Business Process Services’ (PBPS) team. This role will lead client organizations as they transition to Accenture reporting capabilities and platforms. The Mobilization Lead will manage spend analytics project delivery including data strategy definition, and will utilize ETL software to execute against that strategy including cleansing and enrichment of data .The role will work with analytics team members across all regions, as well as manage expectations and timelines directly with internal and external stakeholders.

The Work:

  • Deliver Reporting and Analytics offerings including:

  • Reviewing client data data and establishing an enrichment strategy based on available fields

  • Leverage a ETL tool (e.g. DataPrep, Alteryx, Talend) for data blending and standardization

  • Act as client facing data and analytics expert

  • Manage project plans to transition clients to Accenture reporting

  • Support offshore resources in steady state reporting deliverables

  • Document and provide training for all processes implemented during client transition

Here's What You Need:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a quantitative focus (Engineering, Math, Business Administration)

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a data and analytical role capacity

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Bonus Points:

  • Experience in the procurement industry

  • Knowledge of sourcing and procurement operations a plus

  • Project management skills

  • Ability to communicate with customers in a clear and straightforward manner

  • Ability to work collaboratively, independently and multi-task

  • Ability to prioritize and organize effectively

  • Ability to perform root cause analysis and resolve issues quickly

  • SQL experience a plus

  • Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

  • Exceptional track record of building relationships with stakeholders or customers that have resulted in high customer satisfaction

  • Proven ability to manage client expectations

    As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location. For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $61,600 - $97,199 and information on benefits offered is here.
