Key Responsibilities:

As an Application Lead, you will lead the effort to design, build and configure applications, acting as the primary point of contact. You will be expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.

• Responsible for team decisions. Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.

• Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.

• Lead the team in developing innovative solutions for complex supply chain management challenges

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications

• Design and implement scalable and efficient applications using Oracle EBS Supply Chain Management

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in supply chain management

• Highly self-motivated and directed with keen attention to detail.

• Excellent analytical, critical thinking, documentation, and creative problem-solving skills.

• Ability to communicate and clearly convey ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.

• Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.

• Strong customer service orientation.

• Ability to collaborate with a diverse support team comprised of business, technical, and external consulting resources.

• Role is remote

Basic Qualifications:

• Minimum 4+ years development experience PL/SQL, workflow builder, SOAP, JSON, and Oracle APEX.

• Oracle EBS Supply Chain Management experience

• High School Diploma / GED

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oracle EBS functional experience in the SCM and Manufacturing space a plus

• Oracle EBS Bills of Material proficiency is recommended.

• Oracle EBS Order Management proficiency is recommended.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. As required by local law, Accenture provides a reasonable range of compensation for roles that may be hired in California, Colorado, District of Columbia, Maryland, New York or Washington as set forth below.
