Job Title: Business Analyst - Loan IQ

Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid/On-site)

Work Authorization: W2

Contract Terms: 1-year contract with potential for extension or conversion to permanent

Pay Range: $63-$68/hr (W2)

Job Overview:

We are seeking a talented Business Analyst with a strong background in Loan IQ to join the Commercial Banking team at one of our Enterprise Fortune 50 Financial Clients . In this role, you will support the Loan Accounting Product Group , collaborating with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, translate them into actionable insights, and provide functional expertise to drive successful implementation within the Loan IQ platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and the development team to ensure alignment on business requirements and technical solutions.

• Analyze, document, and validate business processes and requirements related to Loan IQ.

• Write clear and concise user stories , assist with grooming sessions, and provide ongoing development support in an Agile environment.

• Provide functional expertise on Loan IQ to ensure that the system is configured and utilized effectively for loan accounting needs.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product development and timely delivery of features.

• Support testing efforts, ensuring solutions meet business objectives and requirements.

Requirements:

• Loan IQ Experience: 5-7 years of hands-on experience with the Loan IQ platform, specifically in front-end functionalities.

• Agile Methodology: Proven experience in an Agile environment, with a focus on writing user stories , leading grooming sessions , and providing development support .

• Requirement Gathering & Documentation: Strong background in gathering business requirements, analyzing them, and translating them into clear documentation for technical teams.

• Functional Experience: Demonstrated experience with functional aspects of loan accounting systems, particularly with Loan IQ.

• Business Analyst or Product Owner Background: Experience working as a Business Analyst (BA) or Product Owner (PO) in financial services or banking environments.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage stakeholder expectations.

• Familiarity with commercial banking operations and loan accounting processes.

• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
