Here’s what the opportunity supported through our TGS Talent Acquisition Team requires:

The Engagement Manager will oversee the management and distribution of laptops and accessories to employees across the nation for the Hardware Depot. This role includes tracking asset assignments, location, warranty status, and value, as well as monitoring the cost of deploying and using assets and managing individual software license assignments.

Responsibilities

• Manage the assets depot, ensuring the efficient and accurate distribution of laptops and accessories to employees.

• Track and manage asset assignments, location, warranty status, and value.

• Monitor and control the costs associated with deploying and using assets.

• Oversee the assignment and management of individual software licenses.

• Maintain comprehensive records of all assets, including their current status and history.

• Develop and implement policies and procedures for asset management to ensure compliance and efficiency.

• Collaborate with various departments to understand and meet their asset needs.

• Prepare and present regular reports on asset management to senior management.

• Provide training and support to staff on asset management processes and systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in asset management or related field.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in asset management software and tools.

• Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make decisions under pressure.

Summary of Day-to-Day Activities

This EM role for the Depot should be considered a specialized position. While we need someone with all the essential EM abilities, our focus is on candidates with experience in logistics, particularly in Asset Management. This role will now require 100% on-site presence during normal business hours (8-5 CST).

• Managing multiple opcos with separate invoice processes, requiring proficiency in ServiceNow reporting and Excel.

• The role involves working with separate stakeholders for each opco, multiple infosec partners, and requires a close partnership with various Allegis EO groups (Identity, Messaging, Procurement, and DWS).

• Additional tasks encompass inventory management, ordering, lifecycle management (ordering to recycling), and maintaining vendor relationships (FedEx, Absolute, and Dell).

• The role also includes external customer relationships with occasional opportunities to support logistics for refreshes or deployments in collaboration with another TGS EM and team.

• Hardware knowledge for Lenovo, Dell, and Apple is essential.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $80000.00 - $120000.00/yr.

We reserve the right to pay above or below the posted wage based on factors unrelated to sex, race, or any other protected classification.

Additional earnings may be available through incentive programs like annual bonuses, profit sharing, etc.
