Robert Half is hiring for a Marketing Director with substantial experience in construction or construction-related products. The role is designed for someone who can effectively drive lead generation, particularly through paid media and digital marketing, while working closely with the sales team to enhance revenue growth. This position is highly visible, requires an entrepreneurial mindset, experience in building businesses from the ground up, and the ability to navigate complex, matrixed organizations. The candidate will also collaborate with external agencies. This is a hybrid role, in Dallas, TX!

Requirements

• 10 years of experience in a marketing leadership role

• 10 years of experience in the construction industry or adjacent industry

• Strong experience with lead generation and digital marketing.

• Entrepreneurial background, with proven success in this industry.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a complex organization.
